Common questions
One site evaluation is one scored analysis of a single candidate address. If you submit a list of 10 addresses in one batch, that counts as 10 evaluations. Evaluations reset at the start of each billing month. Unused evaluations do not roll over.
All plans include up to three named users by default. Additional users can be added at $49 per user per month on Analyst and Expansion plans. Chain plans include unlimited users. Users share the monthly evaluation allocation.
GrowthFactor covers the contiguous 48 US states. Coverage is strongest in markets with population density above 500 per square mile. For markets below our minimum panel threshold, we will tell you upfront that a score is unavailable for that location rather than issue a low-confidence number. We do not charge for evaluations where coverage is insufficient.
Yes. Annual billing is available for Analyst and Expansion plans at a 15% discount off the monthly rate. Annual plans are billed in full at the start of the contract period. Contact us to set up annual billing.
No setup fees on any plan. Analyst and Expansion plans can start immediately after signing. Chain plans include a one-time onboarding session to configure data parameters and upload your existing store network, but no additional fee for that session.
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Annual plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice; the remainder of the annual term is non-refundable. Chain plans follow the terms in your individual service agreement.
